Charity Founder & Ruddi's Mum
Ali eats, sleeps and breathes the charity and puts everything into making sure the charity moves forward.
The reason Ruddi's Retreat exists.
Ruddi is studying Musical Theatre & Performing Arts at college but on a weekend he can be found in our cafe making the best milkshakes!
Patron
Our Duchess, kind, generous, caring and our wonderful Patron. She never stops working, not just for us but for hundreds of charities and causes. We are honoured and lucky to have her.
Trustee
Kevin was appointed a Deputy Lieutenant in 2016 and was Invested as a Lieutenant of The Royal Victorian Order HRH The Princess Royal at a Ceremony at Buckingham Palace on the 9th June 2018
Chair
Anne has been a friend of Ali’s for many years and couldn’t wait to become part of Ruddi’s Retreat when it was first established. She is our charity Chair and keeps everyone in check.
Secretary
Vicki is responsible for all things "funding" for the charity from applying for grants to going out to speak at fundraising events. She is also the charity Secretary and works in the office full time.
Trustee
Jade is the eldest of Ali's four children and has been actively involved with the charity since it began. Jade is now a fully qualified nurse.

Mick became involved with Ruddi's Retreat after taking part in a charity bike ride for Huddersfield Town Football Club. He now organises his own charity rides all over the country and helps with the maintenance at our caravans.
Trustee
Ian also became involved with Ruddi's Retreat after taking part in the charity bike ride for the Huddersfield Town Football Club. His cycling days are few and far between but he is an integral part of Mick's rides being their driver and support crew. Ian also helps with the maintenance at our caravans.
Head of Fundraising
Justine is a vital part of our fundraising team, she runs our raffle and auctions but she can also be found at our cafe where she is one of our team of cooks.
Fundraising Team
Joanne crosses all the T's and dots the I's making sure that everything is in order. She is also a fundraiser for the charity and runs our sister charity, Gwennie's Getaways.
